Problem mit Hawke Nite Eye Digital 6-24x50

Hi Leute!

Ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Hawke ZF und hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen.

Ich habe das ZF auf meiner CZ455 oben und bin eigentlich mit ganz zufrieden was die Verstellung, Verarbeitung und das Bild betrifft.

Jetzt zum Problem:
Wenn es über 10, 12 Grad Außentemperatur hat gibts kein Problem, aber unter 10 Grad Außentemperatur wird das ZF beim durchsehen milchig und das macht mich Wahnsinnig.

Ich habe mich auch schon an den Kundendienst von Hawke gewendet der hat mir aber nur zurückgeschrieben wie ich das ZF auf 0 zurücksetzte. Ich kann mir aber nicht vorstellen, das das das Problem löst.

Habt Ihr eine Ahnung an was das liegt bzw. wie man das beheben kann? In die Tonne will ichs aber nicht unbedingt treten weil ich sonst wie gesagt zufrieden bin.

Hört sich so an als wäre das Zielfernrohr undicht und die Stickstoffbefüllung ausgetreten. Sprich hört sich so an als würde es deswegen anlaufen.

Wiegesagt, -MHK- hats eh schon geschrieben, es dürfte undicht geworden sein.
Jetzt musst das Zerlegen, Reinigen der Oberflächen und Füllen samt Dichtigkeitsprüfung rechnen, die Stunde eines Technikers kostet €100,- excl. und alle Nebengeräusche dazu...
Wieviel hats denn neu gekostet?
So um die 250-260€, oder?
Da liegt der Tritt in die Tonne nicht so fern.
Abgesehen davon dürfte bei der Qualität der Antwort auf deine Frage der Kundendienst auch nicht das Gelbe vom Ei sein.

Hab jetzt nochmals eine Email hingschrieben, das es nichts gebracht hat.

Also, due to translating issues, I must apologise for not diagnosing the issue with your scope sooner. My colleague who speaks German better than myself, has looked at your email and it would seem that your scope is fogging up. This would point to the scope leaking nitrogen.

You are welcome to return the scope to us and we can re-gas it with nitrogen to help with the problem you have. However, this is a chargeable repair costing €45.00 + €15.00 and sadly is not a guaranteed fix due to the possibility of the O-rings being slightly aged/perished causing the nitrogen to leak in the first instance. If the scope is returned to us and we find that re-gassing the scope is not going to be successful, we will offer you a percentage off a new replacement scope of a similar specification in exchange for the faulty model, leaving the remainder of the price of the scope to pay for along with return postage of €15.00.

Also, further to the above, should you wish to return the scope to us, we must ask you to complete an end user declaration. This is a legal document that is required when we export any scope over 9x magnification. We will need this to be completed by yourself and returned with your scope ready for use when the repaired scope is returned to you.

If you wish to go ahead with the above, please first of all email me with your address where the scope would be delivered to upon return to you, I will then create the end user declaration form and email it to you to print off and sign return for return with your scope

ich habe mal gehört, das Kahles bei Wien auch fremde Zielfernrohre repariert.
Eventuell ist das auch eine Option?
Ich weiß aber nicht, ob die Auskunft stimmt.

Bei der Antwort von Hawke würd ich das Geld gleich sparen und mir in anderes (besseres) Glas kaufen. Hast mehr Freude und musst dich nicht herumärgern mit igrndwelchen ewig langen Reperaturen die dazu noch einiges kosten.
