Bernard Cazeneuve's confessions

Further to our reflections and further to that we had understood of the unspoken of the representative of the European Commission, met in the middle of December 2015, the UNPACT asserted for several months - a little bit alone in the landscape of the defenders of the legal firearms owners - that the main responsibility of the proposal of modification of the European directive hid itself within the French government. And it in spite of the resolutely opposite information which we had been able to collect during our recent meeting with the management of DLPAJ (Direction of Public Liberties and Legal Affairs at the Ministry of Interior).

We have the satisfaction today to find a weighty confirmation of the legitimacy of our analysis of the situation and of the division of responsibilities. Indeed, the main responsible for this proposal of modification came personally on TF1 to expose that we were right well and truly. Bernard Cazeneuve indeed claimed personally to be the initiator of this demand to the European Commission, transforming moreover on the way, the initial name of the firearms directive to make it a " directive of fight against the traffics ", what is reducing and totally false at the same time when we examine with a little attention the content of the text. Or potentially, dramatically and sadly ineffective if we again wanted to believe in any sincerity in the purpose to be reached…

Then, for lack of being able to say officially that the opposition to these modifications comes from European citizens, from politicians, even from governments irritated by such destruction of freedom practices, he addresses then to one claimed lobby of " gun traders ", perfectly disdainful and contemptuous expression intended to avoid the use of the terms "arms dealers", who would be too easy to return to a French government which, itself, sells weapon systems to whom wants it, at the price of all his efforts, to raise a trade balance which it damages regularly by all its other measures.

The reality has thus just joined what some people, referring to our analysis, claimed to be pure fiction stemming from feverish brains of the UNPACT Committee. " Pure fiction " damaging inconveniently the argument of those who tried to fly to help the French government by accusing the European Commission of being alone at the origin of all our troubles.
These perpetual games of bluff with which we are confronted more and more often are denials of democracy! But, to want always to try to pull the wool over the eyes and to shake all the fears impulses in the collective unconsciousness, the government comes, by Mr. Cazeneuve's mouth, to admit once again its powerlessness and its running after terrorists who keep the initiative.

As says minister of Interior: " the antiterrorist law voted in December, 2012, the one that I made adopt in 2014, already enforced a set of very powerful measures ". We know the result: in January, 2015, Charlie Hebdo!
He moves on: " we had taken new measures after January [ 2015 ] ". We know the result: in November, 2015, the Bataclan!

It is good a statement and a confession in due form of total powerlessness.

And, to hide this powerlessness - That he tries to transform in the eyes of France into absolute proof of efficiency-, he shakes the fear impulses, he maintains a state of emergency which has no efficiency against the targets which it claims to fight, he pretends to act by maintaining a “Vigipirate” plan without saying that he is obliged to decrease the staff on the ground because all the resources of the army and the police were already exhausted before decreeing that he continued to implement it. And this “Vigipirate” plan, which is of no use to protect the populations nor even the places of worship, has for other objective than to maintain this atmosphere of diffuse fear which is now alone able to prevent the citizens from thinking about the reality of the threats which aim at us and at the responsibilities of each in the obstinacy of these threats.

Everything takes place from now on as if only the terrorist threat could prevent the citizens from thinking about the economic and social failures, the powerlessness to be governed in a responsible way, in the terrible abuses of power committed in the name of the state of emergency... Sinister and shameful folding screen!

Now, the answer of the citizens to this confession of the minister, it is to show that it is citizens who oppose his will to deprive us again of our freedom to own legally firearms, freedom which has never threatened the law and order, quite the opposite. On their side, the " lobbies of gun traders " do not have any more option from now on than to recognize that they were wrong to believe and to support the lies of a government which has just thrown them, without any mood, to feed to the public opinion …

Wenn erst mal dieser Griff ans Eigentum der Bürger in Milliardenhöhe vollzogen ist, ist die Hemmschwelle für weitere ENTEIGNUNGEN durchbrochen!

no0ne hat geschrieben:Womit meine Frage über das "Wielange" durch EINEN EU-Bürger schon mal beantwortet wäre.
Es einerseits zuzulassen, dass auf 133 Seiten über ein uns alle betreffendes EU-politisches Thema geschrieben wird und andererseits beklagt wird, dass es ZU POLITISCH wird, ist aussagekräftig genug.
