Hier der Gesetztestext dazu

§123.17 Exports of firearms, ammunition, and personal protective gear.
(a) Port Directors of U.S. Customs and Border Protection shall permit the export without a license of:

(1) Parts and components for USML Category I(a) firearms, except barrels, cylinders, receivers (frames), or complete breech mechanisms, when the total value does not exceed $100 wholesale in any transaction, except to any of the countries or entities as provided in §126.1 of this subchapter;

Und auf diesen Paragraphen bezieht sich meine Frage.
Es hat sich für mich so angehört, als ob in der itar Regelung steht, das waren unter 100 Dollar ausgenommen sind.
Also alle Waffen Teile Bis auf lauf, verschlusskopf etc...

Im Grunde was für uns relevant ist: Alle Feuerwaffen bis inkl. Cal .50 und sämtliche Teile und Zubehör dafür, Zieloptiken "nach militärischem Standard" (vgl. EU), Kampfschrotflinten (=nach meinem verständnis sind das DD oder AOW klassifizierte Flinten, also zu kurz bzw. ohne "sporting purpose" - also bei uns ohnehin zu 99,5% illegal)...

Eine Notiz verdeutlicht was nicht darunter fällt (aber potentiell unter andere Regulierungen):

ITAR 121 Category I hat geschrieben:Note: This coverage by the U.S. Munitions List in paragraphs (a) through (i) of this category excludes
- any non-combat shotgun with a barrel length of 18 inches or longer,
- BB, pellet, and
- muzzle loading (black powder) firearms.
This category does not cover riflescopes and sighting devices that are not manufactured to military specifications.
It also excludes accessories and attachments (e.g., belts, slings, after market rubber grips, cleaning kits) for firearms that do not enhance the usefulness, effectiveness, or capabilities of the firearm, components and parts.
The Department of Commerce regulates the export of such items. See the Export Administration Regulations (15 CFR parts 730-799). In addition, license exemptions for the items in this category are available in various parts of this subchapter (e.g., §§123.17, 123.18 and 125.4).
