IPSC and CZ enter into global partnership in the field of ‘IPSC Handgun’

IPSC and CZ are pleased to announce the Global partnership in the field of ‘IPSC Handgun’. The common goal is support IPSC athletes, sport itself, and improve the safe gun-handling culture worldwide.

CZ has supported sport shooting disciplines for years. Now, another important step in our support of dynamic sport shooting is the global partnership of CZ (Česká zbrojovka a.s.) with the IPSC (International Practical Shooting Confederation). Furthermore, we are proud to announce too that Česká zbrojovka a.s. becomes a partner of the IPSC Handgun World Shoot XIX in Thailand, the most important competition in the upcoming IPSC shooting season.

The worldwide IPSC organization promotes, maintains and improves the sport of practical shooting, organizes competitions around the world and promotes safe and recreational use of firearms. And it is precisely these goals that CZ decided to support with its work. CZ is looking forward to the cooperation, which aims to support athletes and the sport itself.

The International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) recognizes all the shooting disciplines - Handgun, Rifle, Shotgun, and Action Air. In IPSC stage the result being points scored on targets divided by the time needed to complete a stage. The athlete must be the most accurate and fastest to win! Therefore, the competitions are very exciting for athletes and interesting for spectators. At IPSC, responsible and safe gun handling is the most important qualification any athlete must possess... fun and camaraderie surely follow! Today IPSC is actively present in 105 countries, all categories: men, women, juniors and seniors are recognized.

Das ist begrüßenswert, keine Frage!

Nur, es will ned jeder Production schießen, und das ist nun mal das einzige was CZ bietet.

Die hätten mit der ts eine echt brauchbare Waffe, für die Standard Division, nur... es ist nix lieferbar.
Da bleibt nur die 2011 Plattform.

Open, Fehlanzeige, die bricht nach ein paar Schuss auseindnder.

Mit der shadow sind die echt gut aufgestellt in der Produktion, aber sonst?

Cz hat sicher Potenzial, keine Einwände. Und mit eric haben die ein super Zugpferd gekauft.
Die 2011 Produzenten sind wahrscheinlich zu klein, außer sti, die haben aber den USA Markt.

Und stp europe kauft man vermutlich nur einmal...

Ist auch gut so. Wenn CZ alle Divisions dominieren würde, wäre so eine Partnerschaft schon sehr fragwürdig...

Production ist halt derzeit die größte handgun Division.

Naja CZ ist nicht nur in Production stark. PDO, Standard und auch Open haben sie Weltmeisterpotenziall. Kommt halt drauf an was der Grauffel schießt Aber auch die anderen Jungs wie der Kamenicek (der den Laugos so oder so den Arsch aushaut) oder Sebo zb sind wahnsinnig stark.
Aber ja in der Masse sind sie in Production stark ist klar.

Bin ich der Einzige, der dieser Textwand nicht entnehmen kann, wie diese Partnerschaft genau aussieht und was die IPSC davon hat/dafür leisten muss?

Bin gespannt, inwieweit eine so enge Bindung an einen Hersteller die Policy bzgl bspw Production List beeinflussen könnte.

Eric wird wohl kein Open mehr schießen bei einer WM, die Gefahr da nicht zu gewinnen ist einfach zu groß. Open wird vermutlich Christian Sailer gewinnen und PDO ist der Nils Jonasson ein ganz heißer Kandidat. Martin und Robin sind ganz stark aber ich vermute zu einem Sieg bei einer WM wird es nicht reichen. Sicher ist nur der Sieg von Maria in Production bei den Ladys.

Cz ts in 40s&w sind bei uns lagernd in wien 18

Ich könnte mir auch vorstellen, dass so ein Konzern auch genug Connections zu großen (militärischen?) Schießplätzen hat was für (Langwaffen-)Matches in unserer nächsten Umgebung nur gut sein kann.

Ja, is eh super dass JETZT wieder einige TS da sind.
Aber wie lange hat man darauf gewartet?

Ich wollt vor 1,5 - 2 Jahren eine .40er TSO, was zu der Zeit unmöglich war.
Hast mir ja selber gesagt, Auskünfte über Lieferzeiten derzeit "unseriös" (damals)...
Die TS is eine Hammer Krachn, aber der Schäfer hat mir in nedmal einem halben Jahr eine Custom 2011 gebaut.
CZ braucht mehr als ein Jahr um eine "Serien" Ts liefern zu können (was dafür spricht dass die Jungs genug Absatz haben dürften)

noja das ist das Problem wenn ein Hersteller zu breit aufgestellt ist weil zu erfolgreich unterwegs

dann gibts wirklich Chargenfertigung mit Liefertermin XYZ und bis dorthin fertigt die Maschine Jagdgewehre oder sonstwas

Glauben wir Sportschützen allen Ernstes dass wir für CZ eine wesentliche Komponente darstellen?

Ned amal im geringsten.
Wenn CZ seine finanziellen Aufwände, Erlöse etc. für den Sportschützenbereich rausrechnet, fällts in der Bilanz ned amal auf.
Das ist denen doch voll powidl ob da Hansi Meier sei TS jetzt morgen oder in zwei Jahr bekommt.
Und wenn der Hansi Meier dann voller Zorn CZ in den sozialen Medien überall schlecht macht, verdient CZ keinen cent weniger und kratzen tuts sie auch nicht.
Glauben wir bitte nicht, dass wir wichtig sind.
Eher sind wir CZ ein Klotz am Bein, den sie um etwas Breitenwirkung abseits von industrieller Fertigung, militärischen Bereich etc. zu erlangen freundlicherweise mitschleppen. Mehr ned.
